I've been married to my best friend, Troy, for almost 31 years. I’ve been photographing maternity, newborns, and babies for over a decade and absolutely adore my job. This is my full-time career. I am a licensed and insured business as well as being a member of local and global professional organizations, including Professional Photographers of America, Expertise, and Newborn Photography.

Aside from work stuff I am a wife and mother to two children – Kayla (son-in-law Dan) and Troy and grandmother to Everly and Ella.

My Favorite Things

I love traveling and seeing new places. We love Tennessee the most. Something about the fresh mountain air that takes you to a whole different place in time. We just started vacation on cruises and that's been some really nice laid back vacations.

When I first spoke to Melinda about photographing Chandler, she asked about our family and our background. I shared with her that Chandler was not our firstborn; she has a sister in Heaven who was born pre-term and did not survive. Melinda took one of Chandler’s photos and created a beautiful rainbow above her to honor her connection to her sister and her place as our “rainbow baby.” We are so grateful to Melinda for capturing our sweet little Chandler at such a precious time! It seems like she is growing so fast right before our eyes!
